Legal Basis for Data Processing

- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: Legitimate interests,

Transfer of Data to Third Countries
Personal data will not be transferred to third countries unless necessary for fulfilling contractual obligations or you have explicitly consented to such transfer.
3. Collection of Access Data and Log Files
Every time our website is accessed, general
information is automatically collected. This
data (server log files) includes:
- IP address (anonymized)
- Date and time of request

- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing device
The processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
grounded in our legitimate interest to provide a
stable and secure website.
Retention Period: Log files are automatically deleted after no more than 30 days.
4. Use of Plausible Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics service that is self-hosted on our servers. No personal data is collected, no cookies are set, and no data is shared with third parties. All collected data remains exclusively within our own server infrastructure. The analysis is anonymized and includes only aggregated statistics such as page views, time spent on the site, or traffic sources. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in optimizing our website in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

When you contact us via the contact form, we
process the following data:

This data is used solely to handle your inquiry

Retention Period: Data is deleted once your inquiry has been resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Newsletter Subscription
To subscribe to our newsletter, we use the
double opt-in procedure. After
providing your email address, you will receive a
confirmation email where you must explicitly
confirm your subscription. The following data is
processed:
- Email address
- Time of subscription and confirmation
Legal Basis:
Processing is based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Revocation of Consent:
You can revoke your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by contacting us directly.
Retention Period: Data is deleted once you unsubscribe.
